We are delighted that you are interested in our custom-made Shoji doors. Please note that due to their individuality, our products are exempt from the statutory right of withdrawal according to § 312g (2) No. 1 BGB. Here is an overview of what this means:

Custom-made : Each Shoji door is made specifically for you based on your individual requirements. From the dimensions to the materials to the design elements, every aspect is designed according to your wishes.

Legal basis: Under German law, products manufactured according to customer specifications are not returnable. This regulation serves to protect the resources invested in the production of personalized and difficult-to-resell items.

No right of withdrawal: For these reasons, custom-made products from Zen Shoji Doors are excluded from the normal right of withdrawal. Once your order has been placed and production has started, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
